Höst & Menu

Lors de notre Design Trade blog tour à Copenhague, nous étions invités par Menu à diner au restaurant Höst. Ce superbe restaurant, ouvert en novembre dernier, est un projet commun entre Cofoco, un groupe de restaurants danois, Norm Architects et Menu.

During our Design Trade blog tour in Copenhagen, we were invited by Menu to have dinner at the restaurant Höst. This amazing restaurant which opened last November, is a common project between Cofoco, a Danish restaurant group, Norm Architects and Menu.

La jolie vaisselle a été créée spécialement pour Höst par Norm Architects et Menu, et dans l'assiette vous trouverez une cuisine moderne et nordique, produite localement. 

The beautiful tableware has been designed especially for Höst by Norm Architects and Menu, and on your plate you will find a modern nordic cuisine, produced locally.
